Welcome to NFNC Summer Camp 2025, our 30th Anniversary.

This is not a first-come, first-serve process.
We consider camp a growthful, co-creation of all who show up.

We limit the size of camp to enhance community connection. For this reason we have an application process rather than a first-come first-served setup. We appreciate your participation and patience.

To help foster a shared sense of trust, respect, safety, and loving-kindness, we ask that all attendees plan to be on-site and fully present by 7 PM on the evening of their arrival—either Tuesday, June 17th for Reunion Camp or Friday, June 20th for Main Camp.

If you're arriving on Tuesday, June 17th, the Gate opens for Reunion Camp at 4 PM.
If you're arriving on Friday, June 20th for Main Camp, you're welcome to check in starting at 2:30pm, set up your campsite, and then join us for dinner at 6 PM, followed by the evening's program.

If you're unable to arrive by 7 PM on either of those days, please let the registrar know in advance. The latest possible arrival is by 9 AM on Saturday, June 21st.

Camp officially ends after WHIZBANG STRIKE of camp Sunday, June 29 at 4pm.

SC'25 Children's Program

The Summer Camp community is delighted to welcome families and children back to our community this year.

If you're interested in joining us, and we hope are, please share your economic circumstances, time constraints, and any other needs or preferences you have so we can accommodate you as best as possible.

SC'25 Pricing

Once you get your acceptance letter, NFNC Summer Camp West sliding scale fees are:

Reunion Camp: $250 - $500
18-35 year old campers $175 - $375

Main Camp: $825 - $1350
18-35 year old campers $600 - $1050

Both Camps: $1075 - $1850
18-35 year olds: $775 - $1400

The full fee is paid for any portion of the camp attended. There is no daily rate or pro-rated fee structure.

You will receive notification about your acceptance to camp as soon as room becomes available.

In order to protect others, we request everyone:

Camp Wellness Policy, caring for each other
Sickness Contingency Plan, just in case something happens
More Safer Air for Summer Camp, supporting those with Scent sensitivity

We understand that this might be a minor inconvenience to each of us, but it is a major benefit for our community.

What Happens Next

After you submit your application, we will review and let you know as soon as possible. Please be sure we receive your payment by the date indicated on the acceptance email, either by sending us a check or using our online options (info in your acceptance letter), or we'll release your space. If you can't pay in full, a $100 deposit (and a conversation with us about when you can pay in full) will hold your space.

Liberation Lab starts immediately following SCW at 4pm Sunday June 29th - Weds July 2nd 7pm after dinner. - For Change-Agents, Kinship Tenders and Visionaries - Creatively (even joyfully!) organize and level-up our collective efforts to bring forth a world that works for all! ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW* - SCW attendees are eligible for a $100 SCW-sponsored scholarship to attend Liberation Lab (in addition to other scholarship opportunities).

*Please Note: For these events, the first round of applications will be selected May 1st. Please apply by April 30 if you would like to be considered on May 1st. If accepted, you will receive notice by May 5th of your acceptance (payment link) or waitlist status.
