Intentional Relating in Community! 💞
We're excited to introduce Villages this year –
smaller circles within Camp designed to deepen connection, share responsibility,
and bring New Culture principles more fully into daily Camp life.
We consider camp a growthful, co-creation of all who show up. We intentionally
limit the size of camp to enhance community connection. For this reason, we have
an application process rather than a first-come, first-served sign-up process.
We appreciate your participation and patience.
To help foster a shared sense of trust, respect, safety, and loving-kindness, we ask that all attendees plan to be on-site and fully present by 6:45 PM on Friday. You're welcome to check in starting at 2:30pm, set up your campsite, and then join us for dinner at 5:15 PM, followed by the evening's program at 6:45 PM. If you're unable to arrive by 6:45 PM, please let the registrar know in advance. The latest possible arrival is by 9 AM on Saturday, August 1st.
Camp officially ends after WHIZBANG STRIKE of camp Sunday, August 9.
SC'26 Children's Program
The Summer Camp community is delighted to welcome families and children back
to our community this year.
If you're interested in joining us, and we hope are, please share your economic
circumstances, time constraints, and any other needs or preferences you have so
we can accommodate you as best as possible.

SC'26 Pricing
Once you get your acceptance letter, NFNC Summer Camp West sliding scale fees are:Camp Sliding-scale fee: $880 - $1880
Discounted pricing for 18-35 year old campers: $600 - $1600
Children 0-12 free, 13 - 17 year olds: $200.
Equity Discounts Available.
There are some partial scholarship and work-exchange opportunities.
No daily rates or partial attendance camp fees are available.
You will receive notification about your acceptance to camp as soon as room becomes available.
Camp Policies on Health and Scents
- Camp Wellness Policy, caring for each other
- Sickness Contingency Plan, just in case something happens
- More Safer Air for Summer Camp, supporting those with Scent sensitivity
- Meat Policy, supporting those requiring meat in their diet for health reasons.
We understand that this might be a minor inconvenience to each of us, but it is a major benefit for our community.
