Camp Dates:
June 26 - July 5

You will receive notification about your acceptance to camp no later than ^.

Please read this entire invitation before calling or emailing us with questions. It likely contains the answers you seek.

This is not a first-come, first-serve process.
We consider camp a growthful, co-creation of all who show up.
We limit the size of camp to enhance community connection. For this reason we have an application process rather than a first-come first-served setup. We appreciate your participation and patience.

To establish a bond of trust, mutual respect, safety and loving kindness we request that all attendees strive to be on-site and present by 7pm of the opening evening (Friday, June 26). If you are arriving on Friday, June 26, we will start welcoming campers at 2:30 PM that day. You can check in, set up your campsite and then join us for dinner at 6pm, followed by the evening program. If you are not able to arrive by Friday, June 26 by 7 pm, please inform the registrar. The latest you can arrive is by 9am on Saturday, June 27.

Camp officially ends after WHIZBANG STRIKE of camp Sunday, July 5, and we will serve a smorgasbord dinner at 6pm.

Once you get your acceptance letter, NFNC Summer Camp West sliding scale fees are:
$675 - $1200
18-35 year olds: $475 - $1025

The full fee is paid for any portion of the camp attended. There is no daily rate or pro-rated fee structure.

What About COVID

REVISED COVID POLICY - updated 5/26

In order to protect others with compromised immune systems, we need everyone to:

Keep your immune system healthy before camp!
Avoid large gatherings for 3 full days (72 hours) before leaving for camp.
Please test yourselves the morning prior to leaving for camp, and be prepared to show a photo of the negative result upon your arrival.
Please bring extra tests if possible in case you start to feel sick at camp.
If getting a test is a hardship for you, we will have some available at camp.
If you are experiencing or have been exposed to anything potentially contagious, please opt-out. We will refund 100% for cancellations due to contagions.

Note: If you are departing earlier than your arrival day, you may want to test before departure to avoid any surprises when testing the morning of camp. This is especially important if carpooling. If you end up in a car with someone who tests positive, you may need to opt out of camp due to contagious exposure.

We understand that this might be a minor inconvenience to each of us, but it is a major benefit for our community.

What Happens Next

After you submit your application, we will review and let you know by ^. Please be sure we receive your payment by ^, either by sending us a check or using our online options (info in your acceptance letter on ^), or we'll release your space. If you can't pay in full by ^, a $100 deposit (and a conversation with us about when you can pay in full) will hold your space.
